Gripple hits the ground running with new anchoring systems

Gripple Limited has broken into the civil construction market with cutting edge, cost-effective systems for erosion control and slope stabilisation applications.

The Terra-Lock™ system, from the world-leading, multi award-winning manufacturer, has been developed for fast and easy installation with immediate load holding capability, while promoting vital vegetation re-growth. It is provided in a ready-to-use kit specific to the project requirements and geotechnical conditions.

Terra-Lock™ anchors are designed to provide drive efficiency and maximum load capacity across a wide range of applications. The variety of Terra-Lock™ terminations will secure and maintain the tension within the system. TL-P1, the high load anchoring pin, is devised to secure all types of turf reinforcement matting, erosion blankets, geotextiles and landscaping fabrics.

Furthermore, the range of installation tools ensures that the Terra-Lock™ system is installed with ease and efficacy.

Gripple also provides engineering design support to ensure that customers specify the optimum Terra-Lock™ system which will meet project requirements. Once ground characteristics are established the Gripple technical team will calculate anchor loads and design performance, whether through initial site evaluation; technical drawings’ preparation; supporting submittals or onsite testing, to validate designs. Moreover, the Gripple technical support team will work with a customer at every stage of a project in order to realise the complete turnkey solutions.
