Gripple Catenary Kits – Flexible Overhead Suspension Made Simple

Gripple Catenary Kits provide a fast, tool-free solution for creating overhead suspension points where traditional fixings aren’t possible.

Each kit includes two Gripple Dynamic wire joiners and pre-cut, pre-fused galvanised wire rope, ready to tension and install straight out of the box. Ideal for spanning open spaces or heritage buildings where drilling into the ceiling is restricted, the system allows you to suspend services such as ductwork, lighting, signage, acoustic panels, and more.

Used in conjunction with the Gripple C-Clip, suspension drops can be installed in seconds with a simple quarter-turn and easily repositioned along the wire. Unlike traditional U-bolt and turnbuckle systems, Gripple’s solution is faster to install, requires no hot works, and comes with tested working loads for peace of mind.

Available in 3 mm or 6 mm wire kits, Gripple Catenary Kits support up to 100 kg per span and allow for suspension at angles up to 60°, making them ideal for sloped or irregular ceilings. With full technical support and UK-manufactured quality, Gripple offers a smarter, safer, and more flexible alternative to strut grids or threaded rod systems.

How it Works:

Step 1: Insert the end of your wire into one channel of the Dynamic wire joiner.
Step 2: Loop the wire around your fixing point and back through the other wire channel to create your fixing.
Step 3: Use a hex key to lock off the Dynamic wire joiner.
Step 4: Use our Gripple C-Clip, which attaches tool-free to create suspension drops. (C-Clips sold separately).
