Our unique model of Employee Ownership (EO) was established in 2011 when the holding company GLIDE (Growth Led Innovation Driven Employee Company) formed, enabling our founding chairman, Hugh Facey OBE, to pass ownership to Gripple employees.

Our unparalleled EO model prevents any sale of our business, meaning our employee owners are invested for the long term. This drives direct responsibility for customer success, commitment to growth, and our extraordinary culture and values.

Our unique model of employee ownership also contributes to our extraordinary culture.

The GLIDE organisation supports every employee to be involved in defining Gripple’s future. We encourage everyone to have a voice, to express their opinions, and challenge constructively. Our colleagues elect GLIDE representatives from our employee owners to meet regularly with the Executive Board to do just that!
