Fast-fit Rectangular Duct Hanger with Optional Built-in Vibration Control

The Gripple Duct Trapeze is a purpose-built rectangular duct hanger designed for fast and easy suspension of ductwork and other rectangular steel sections (0.6–1.5 mm gauge).

Unlike traditional threaded rod systems, there’s no cutting or measuring on site, just a compact, pre-assembled duct wire lock kit with a simple L-shaped bracket and optional integrated EPDM rubber pads to reduce vibration and prevent air leakage.

With three fixing points for screws or rivets, and a release pin for easy adjustment, it’s faster to install, easier to handle, and more flexible on-site. Step 1: Fix bracket to duct using three self-drilling screws or rivets.
Step 2: Insert wire rope through the hanger, leaving at least 100 mm of tail for adjustment.
Step 3: Raise the duct to the desired height and feed through the wire to secure at your desired height.
Step 4: Adjust the height lower if needed by pulling the release pin (ensure the duct is supported at this point).
