Fast-fit Rectangular Duct Hanger with Optional Built-in Vibration Control

The Gripple Duct Trapeze is a purpose-built rectangular duct hanger designed for fast and easy suspension of ductwork and other rectangular steel sections 5/64” to 1/16”gauge.

Unlike traditional threaded rod & strut methods, there’s no cutting or measuring on site, just a compact, pre-assembled hanger kit with a simple L-shaped fastener bracket and optional integrated EPDM rubber pads to reduce vibration and prevent air leakage.  

With three fixing points for screws or rivets, and a release pin for easy height adjustment, it’s faster to install, easier to handle, and more flexible on-site. Step 1: Fix bracket to duct using three self-drilling screws or rivets.
Step 2: Insert cable through the hanger, leaving at least 3 inches of tail for adjustment.
Step 3: Raise the duct to the desired height and feed through the cable to secure at your desired height.
Step 4: Adjust the height lower if needed by pulling the release pin (ensure the duct is supported at this point).
