Students expecting to graduate this year, or in the last two years, with a BA or BSc (Hons) or equivalent are welcome to apply to the company which has secured five Queen’s Awards, has 700 employees, turnover hitting £67m and the 600 millionth unit was produced last year.
Following a selection process, the successful candidates will be assessed at Gripple’s HQ in Sheffield. An intensive 18-month training programme follows, comprising induction and orientation, time spent and project work in key areas of the business associated with the chosen area of the business, be it production management; management accountancy; HR management and recruitment; business development or commercial management. Support will be provided by experienced and comprehensive mentoring, some from a high level professional coach.
In full-time positions the graduates will have ample opportunities to demonstrate their determination to succeed, to challenge convention, to be highly inquisitive with a flexible, team-oriented approach. Driving through innovation is essential in multi award-winning Gripple, which has several other companies in its family.
