Gripple's Fibre Cable Support Kits were used to install fibre optic cables at a commercial property in Birmingham.
The direct feedback was “Thank God we used Gripple.” It sped up the whole job and every single inch of this whole, very large facility was installed at great speed.
Installers and engineers from Orbis Network working on-site in Birmingham were really impressed with Gripple's Fibre Cable Support Kits, stating that the kits were much quicker to install compared to traditional methods. Orbis Network not only achieved an attractive final result but also saved weeks of labour, improving health and safety by cutting down the time workers needed to spend at height.
The kit can be installed using a Torq Tensioning Tool, which allows for quick and accurate tensioning on-site and takes the pressure off of installers.
It's not the first project Orbis Network have used Gripple on, but this is by far the biggest project, and the feedback's been brilliant. The speed of the installation, but also in terms of the specification and the data that we've got to back up our products has really helped them with Openreach, who they're working on behalf of, so overall really happy.

The accompanying Torq Tensioning Tool also allows for quick tensioning on-site with compromising on strength.
