Business Development Manager
I have many responsibilities when it comes to my role. I see it as three things: Bloodhound, Guru, and mentor. As a Bloodhound, I identify and trace new business opportunities for current Gripple products (ie. acoustic). As a Gripple Guru, I learn as much as possible about the applications of the new business opportunities and identify the needs for potential new product. As a Mentor I share this knowledge and product information with our Product Development Team, Sales Force and working with our potential customers as we develop the new ideas.
My favorite part about my job is the problem solving. The products the customer is needing our hangers for may be similar, but every one of them has a unique set of problems that we can solve. Identifying them can be quite the challenge.
The most unique thing about work at Gripple is our teamwork. There is no hesitation from anyone on our team to lend a hand. If you need advice, technical support, back up for a sales call…all you need to do is ask. We are here for each other. It’s a very unique environment.
