Canada's Largest Film Production Facility

A TecLoc (Seismic) & Wire Suspension Showcase.

This 1.3 million sqft large-scale film and television production facility is designed to strengthen and expand production capacity in Metro Vancouver, positioning the region as a major hub for the global entertainment industry. The development stands out for its purpose-built sound stages, extensive production support spaces, transit-oriented location, and fully electric design, making it both an economic driver and a benchmark for sustainable studio infrastructure.

The facility is one of North America’s largest purpose-built studio campuses, featuring over 20 sound stages, more than 100,000 sqft of production office space, and a fully fossil-fuel-free operational strategy powered by renewable hydro electricity.

In collaboration with Action Electric & Ridge Sheet Metal, Gripple’s solutions streamlined multiple processes for seismic and MEP installation.

Gripple's technical and sales teams worked closely with Action Electric & Ridge Sheet Metal to ensure that their teams we're supplied with the ideal solution for each application, overall simplifying the installation and ensuring compliancy throughout the process.

As opposed to what we’d normally be doing, assembling and pre-fabing all the gear yourself - grabbing hardware from here and there, its much easier to just open up a Gripple Kit that was already designed for our project. It’s definitely a standard that we should keep.
