Vantage North, an industrial development in North Las Vegas, is set to be home to 4.5 million square feet of state-of-the-art logistics and distribution facilities, across 350 acres.

The contractor had been struggling to find an effective and fast two-tier suspension solution for their 4” conduit runs. The Gripple Territory Manager introduced Murphy Electric to Gripple’s Fast Trak and Quick Twist Clamps. Firstly, this allowed them to do the conduit suspension in 3 days, versus 2 weeks if they had used rod and strut. Secondly, this enabled them to eliminate a full tier of the trapeze and do the same installation with a single-tier rack, due to Fast Trak’s unique mounting options.

According to Leonel Rivero, the General Superintendent at Murphy Electric, being able to hang and support conduit with the Quick Twist Clamps on multiple faces of the Fast Trak bracket was genius. “This was one of the most simple and fast products we have used, and we plan on using it everywhere we can. Gripple saved the Murphy Electric a lot of labor-intensive installation time, since Fast Trak comes ready to go, in the exact sizes needed. There was no measuring, cutting, or deburring.

We plan on using Fast Trak wherever we can.
