Dream Hotel, Nashville, TN

Dream Nashville is a 169-room boutique hotel being constructed in the historic Printers Alley district of Nashville, next to Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar. The contractor, Comfort Group, had used Gripple cable hangers on two previous projects, so was familiar with the time savings it would bring to this $9 million project. Normally the ductwork, plumbing, and mechanical services would have been suspended with all thread and hanging strap, but Gripple was used and as a result, brought significant labor savings to this job. This is an important project as there are also Dream Hotels in Miami, New York City, and Bangkok, Thailand, with others also planned in Dallas, the Hollywood area, Palm Springs, California, Times Square, Long Island, and Doha, Qatar.
