Gripple supported AgileAcoustics in its project at Salts Mill, a repurposed mill and 19th century UNESCO world heritage site in West Yorkshire.

The support recieved from gripple was first class… our guys were able to install the system very easily.”

Stuart Jones – CEO, AgileAcoustics

The Salts Mill Diner is a bustling and noisy environment which suffered from poor acoustics due to echo reverberation in the large, open plan dining space with a high ceiling. The installers from AgileAcoustics utilised the Gripple catenary system and InvisiGrip® to suspend their noise reducing acoustic ceiling baffles.

The dining space is within a grade 1 listed building and features a vaulted ceiling. By utilising existing structural beams, the installers were able to subtlety span 3mm catenary cables below the vaulted ceiling, using transparent InvisiGrip filaments from the catenary to support the panels whilst keeping the suspension discreet.
