Airedale International Air Conditioning’s new headquarters facility has been built on their existing site in Rawdon, Leeds. The internal layout has been redesigned to allow a more logical and efficient flow to operations, with all production and testing sited on a single storey and under one roof.

We could pre-install onto the channel and using wire allowed more flexibility when installing the modules compared to threaded rod. Airedale International Air Conditioning’s new headquarters facility has been built on their existing site in Rawdon, Leeds.  The internal layout has been redesigned to allow a more logical and efficient flow to operations, with all production and testing sited on a single storey and under one roof.

The new facility, which has a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating in recognition of its environmental credentials, will also include a number of other important improvements to meet health & safety, aesthetic and environmental considerations that will benefit both the business as well as local residents.

The project timescale was challenging and a solution which could help reduce installation times was necessary. Aesthetics were also very important to Airedale International Air Conditioning, and Gripple’s range of products provided the ideal fit for both aesthetics and install times.

The module units were installed using the Trapeze No.3 Plus, as it provided strength and allowed for simple finite adjustment. The all steel Trapeze Plus range is designed to be durable and secure with a built in locking nut, quick release function and can be pre-installed into channel and brackets. The Trapeze Plus is available in a range of sizes for up to 225kg, with a 5:1 safety factor.
