The Legacy

Following our successful foray into the industrial market in the late 1990s with the launch of our hanger range, we maximised its potential by expanding across the globe. In 2000, Gripple Europe was founded, signified by the construction of a brand new office in the beautiful Alsace region of France, and the following year Gripple Inc. was established just outside Chicago.

We thrive on new ideas, some of which are strong enough to warrant a complete division of their own. Our sister company, Loadhog, was opened in Sheffield in 2003, with the goal of developing transit solutions such as the Loadhog Lid, the Smartstak frame, and the revolutionary pallet/dolly hybrid, the Pally.

As an employee-owned business, everyone at Gripple and Loadhog's is a shareholder, giving strength to the employees and allowing them control over the destiny of their company. We have a working model in place that we’re proud of, and we’re looking at ways of keeping the values of our business upheld.

Our dream is to allow the company to continue growing organically, and we believe the best way to make this happen is the establishment of a trust; something to protect our identity. Our history of innovation has allowed us to reach where we are today, and we want to ensure the principals on which Gripple was founded will be maintained by future generations of employees down the line, and continue for years to come.
