By using Key Performance Indicators, we constantly assess our standards as an organisation, and use them to implement strategies of continuous improvement for the future. As a company, we have an advanced system of self-regulation in place – incorporating methods such as 5S, Kaizan and Lean Management - which guarantee a high level of quality awareness permeates throughout all our employees and procedures.
In addition to our Quality Control standards, we have also achieved the Environmental Standard BS EN ISO14001.
