What’s the best way to tension stock netting?
Once you’ve joined the six, eight or however many line wires with Gripples, lift the fence up into position so it rests against the fence posts and then pull-up the excess wire by hand.
Then to tension, using the Gripple Torq Tensioning Tool, start at the top or bottom of the fence and start to tension each line wire with two or three ‘sweeps’ of the tool, then move to the next line wire. Work your way up and down, applying a little tension each time until the desired overall tension is reached.
