There are so many different ways to work with wire and wire rope. Installation methods for hangers, fence, trellising wire etc. differ from region to region and from country to country.

Does the wire rope in Gripple hangers stretch when loaded?
The construction of wire rope is proven to prevent stretch, and so will not elongate during its life. Furthermore, because they carry a 5:1 safety factor, when Gripple hangers are correctly installed they will only be subject to a maximum of 20% of their ultimate breaking load.
